The Range
We designed the EpiFunky series from the ground up, to be a high-performance, lightweight, high-value professional bass lineup at a price that puts Epifani sound within the reach of just about any player.
The Technology
EpiFunky is based on the knowledge gained from twenty years designing cabinets for the most famous and most demanding bassists. We then spent three years designing the drivers, crossover and cabinet to achieve not only a cost-effective design, but a new Epifani sound. From the Dado Joint, Void-free Plywood cabinets, to the heavy Tolex, Metal corners and grills, EpiFunky is ready for the rigors of weekend or road warriors.
The Sound
Not all 1x15 cabinets are created equal. Some get deep, but lack punch. Others have lots of mids, but no deep lows. The EpiFunky 115 gets it all right, alright. With chest-thumping low end down to 38Hz, this cabinet is perfect to anchor the bandstage. But it's not only lows on tap - the well-balanced highs add sparkle not normally found in 1x15's - or you can shut off the tweeter for a classic vibe. When you need it, add another EpiFunky 115 or EpiFunky 210 for an arena-capable stack that you can carry in one-trip.
